Consultancy

In fulfilling its mandate to assist the Churches in India in its healing ministry, CMAI provides consultancy and advisory services. As the official health agency of the National Council of Churches in India (NCCI - which represents the Protestant and Orthodox Churches in India), CMAI receives and responds to requests from members, institutions, churches, resource agencies and others.

Who could use these services

This is primarily for CMAI members, churches, church related agencies, and national and international NGOs/Organisations.

How would these services be organised

CMAI offers consultancy services in different aspects of health care but within the context of the objectives, functions and policies. CMAI would use its staff, members or others depending on the nature of the work and the expertise available. CMAI consultants would expect travel, board and lodging to be fully covered by the agency requesting the services. CMAI would charge a consultancy fee on a per diem basis depending on the nature of work, the time taken, the agency requesting the services plus other factors. All information, data, documents and research materials used in the consultancy services and collected by staff or other consultants shall be the exclusive property of CMAI and the concerned institutions and not that of the consultants.
