Conference Timings:
6th November 2025 - Conference begins by 4:00PM. Check-In by 2:00PM
8th November 2025 - Official Conference ends with lunch. Followed by a time for informal Sightseeing and Fellowship
9th November 2025 - Check-Out by 11:00AM
Registration Fee
a) 15% Early Bird Discount is valid till 31st May 2025. b) 10% discount from 1st June till 31st August 2025. c) Conference Fee includes Stay & Food. d) Registration Fee is non-refundable. e) Accommodation is from 6th November 2025, check-in time is 2:00 pm. Kindly check-out from your respective hotels on 9th November 2025 by 11:00 am. f) Kindly look at the various categories and carefully register to make payments. g) Please note, accommodation costs before or after the conference dates is to be borne by the participants. h) No registration fee for accompanying person/s. However, conference fee will be applicable as per the category for the accompanying person/s.
