A 2-day Students Empowering and Enriching Directive (SEED) Programme was held on 8th–9th May 2026 at Frances Newton Mission Hospital, School of Nursing, Firozpur Cantt. Punjab. The 171 participants including Nursing Students, AHP Students, Faculty Staff, Resource Persons, Guests & CMAI Staff were present. Students participated in the programme which included sessions on ( Vision for Mission, Effective Communication Tool, Self-Awareness, Nursing Empowerment, Discipline and Time Management and Motivation & Teamwork) designed to help students improve their soft skills.
